Introduction

This course covers practical methods to plan, assure, and control quality across the project lifecycle. You will work with templates, checklists, and real examples that reduce defects and rework. The focus is on approaches you can apply on your next project.
Objectives
Define clear, measurable quality metrics and acceptance tests and embed them in project schedules and contracts.
Design and conduct quality assurance activities, audits, and structured peer reviews to find issues early.
Use root-cause analysis and basic statistical tools (Pareto, control charts) to prioritize and reduce defects.
Implement corrective and preventive actions, track their effectiveness, and report improvements to stakeholders.
